- Reporting to : Regional Director
Position summary
Based in São Paulo and reporting to the Regional Director, the MD Brazil main task is to accelerate growth and profitability of the business, with the objective to step from 14 M€
revenues per year to 20 / 25 M€.
Key responsibilities
Key roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
- Full social and P&L responsibility of the Brazilian operations, including the industrial part (one factory, responsibility of an Operations Manager reporting to this position)
- Spend around 80% of his/her time on commercial, marketing and business development activities
- Develop profitable growth
- Develop the brand image of the Company in Brazil
- Be extremely active in business development, both directly and through the right organization and management of his/her team
- Align and motivate the organization, at all levels, on this ambitious vision
- Respect, develop the skills of his/her teams, and acknowledge and highlight their success and performance
- Create all conditions to foster industrial and supply-chain efficiency
PROFILE
Qualifications and experience
Education / training : University degree in engineering or business school degree
Language : Fluency in Portuguese and English, French is a plus
Professional Experience /competencies
The successful candidate is likely to have a minimum 15 years of a successful sales and marketing management experience in public markets in Brazil, where he has a personal network.
